What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. [Click here for details]
When will I get my package?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. [Click here for details]
Can I cancel my or update my order? Can I change my shipping address?
Please reach out to us through email thevaultm4@gmail.com or by calling (714) 900-3261 within 24 hours of placing the order if you need to make changes to your jewelry order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address. Please kindly note that as we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
Does Vault M4 Jewelry have a warranty?
Yes, we have a 1 year warranty.
Our warranty lasts 1 year from the day you make your purchase. We’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we’ll work together to find a resolution. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of VaultM4.com
